Costruing the experience of the gamer. Looking for the meanings involved in the player's activity

The growth in the number of players among young people is bringing profound consequences in interpersonal, family and scholastic relationships. This phenomenon has become an opportunity for intergenerational conflicts and misunderstandings, also considering the recent definition of "Gaming disorder". How to facilitate contact among these worlds? What meanings are involved in the player's activity? How could the psychologist move within this framework?
The trainees Marcello Bandiera and Davide Scapin will propose a possible reading of the phenomenon and of the possible implications in the context of clinical activity, starting from the comparison with the latest developments in research and reflections arose within the constructivist framework.
